Best Kids Spot, Best Tourist Attraction:
Knoxville Zoo
It all comes down to one simple fact—kids love monkeys. Sure, the petting zoo, which is complete with prairie dogs, brushable goats, and some bunnies, is a good time. Yes, the new elephant enclosure and the new black bear exhibit are gorgeous and fun. The river otters, penguins and red pandas are good for a giggle or two. But let's be honest—it's all about the monkeys. Grown-ups dig 'em, too. And where else could you have so much monkey fun without breaking the bank or the law? That's right. Only at the Knoxville Zoo.
