The friendly face you saw when you walked through our office door from November '95 to August '96 was Regina, also known as the friendly voice who answered our phones. She regularly shamed the rest of the office by actually practicing healthy gestures the rest of us merely resolve to do each New Year's (and then forget about by March), including bringing her own brown-bag vegetarian lunches to work.
