Behind Closed DoorsIf you don't exactly see them every day, then you've certainly heard about them. Each is a local icon, a part of the fabric of everyday life here in town. From the Knoxville Museum of Art to the New Knoxville Brewing Company, these are places we've visited or whose products we've used. But how do they go about their business? What goes on "behind the scenes" to create the public faces of such institutions? We sent wily photographer Aaron Jay to find out.
