In the days of old...
...the average person with something
to say had to resort to a photocopier and the U.S. Postal Service to publish
thoughts, visions, questionable conspiracy theories, and photos of award-winning
tomato plants.
Those days are over. With nothing
more than a basic grasp of HTML and space on a web server, countless people
have made their lives as they see them available for global consumption.
What drives otherwise calm, rational people to reveal their life details
to anyone with an Internet connection? We'll leave that one up to an aspiring
sociology Master's candidate and simply present a list of those who have
their own web pages. This way, perhaps you can get to know your fellow
Knoxvillians on a more personal basis, thus adding further tranquility to
our community.
If you: 1) live in Knoxville, 2) have
a personal (not commercial!) web page, and 3) would like
it listed here, send a note to our webmonkey
([email protected]). |
